"Performance Measurement and Environment, Society and Governance Reporting" course provides guidance on techniques for assessing management responsibilities in decentralized organizations, assessing the operation and financial performance of enterprises in terms of financial management, environmental, social and corporate governance. In addition, learners learn how to assess risks and opportunities related to sustainability issues through the lens of ESG. Learners gain an understanding of different frameworks and standards for ESG reporting, providing learners with the necessary skills to propose control solutions as well as internal audit functions to monitor ESG activities at their organizations.

This module guides the techniques of assessing management responsibility in a decentralized organization, assessing the performance and financial performance of an enterprise in terms of financial management, environment, society and governance.
