In the trend of international integration in all socio-economic life areas, intercultural communication becomes an issue that organizations and individuals are very concerned with, and systematically understanding it is one of the critical factors that help them succeed.
This course studies communication and behavior that helps individuals work and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. The course also analyzes cultural differences through worldview, family experiences, cognitive processes, behavior, and linguistic and non-verbal communication modes and factors or barriers to communication between different cultures.
The subject is taught in a highly interactive and communicative way: students are encouraged to present their perspectives, attitudes and experiences through group and class discussion before comparing with the theory in learning material.
