5. Course Objectives:

The English for Management module is designed to comprehensively develop students' four English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) within a specialized business context, while expanding their vocabulary and knowledge of management terminology. Students are equipped with fundamental knowledge of management, encompassing core concepts such as management and leadership, company organizational structures, corporate culture, and human resource management. The module also emphasizes practical application through realistic simulations, including interviews, group meetings, and report writing, to enhance teamwork, critical thinking, and real-world application skills.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course consists of 12 chapters with topics related to management, such as: the role of managers, organizational structure and business operations, production management, risk management, human resource development, brand building and developing brand system and information system. In addition to developing English language knowledge and skills, the subject also helps students acquire academic administration basics.
Students will participate in group discussions, case studies, role-play, writing, and listening exercises to practice identifying, analyzing and solving common management problems while also providing opportunities to help students develop practical communication skills in the business environment.
