The course introduces students to the basic understanding of marketing, the role of marketing in organizations, and the basic contents of marketing such as marketing research, marketing environment, and consumer behavior. From there, students will be introduced to specific knowledge and skills of marketing to approach customers - markets, market segmentation, target market selection, and targeting.
