The Private Equity and Venture Capital course focuses on the analysis of private equity and venture capital from the perspective of financial intermediaries aiming at the activities of finding, advising, negotiating transactions and financing capital for businesses in need of funding. Furthermore, this course focuses on providing students with an in-depth understanding of the underlying mechanisms for the formation or development of a business and the maintenance of funding from the financial system.
