This course focuses on the theoretical and practical issues of financial investment and portfolio management in a global environment. Given the investment landscape across international capital markets, the importance of analyzing, determining, and forecasting the potential effects of currency exchange rates is underscored. Core concepts such as the capital asset pricing model, portfolio diversification, equity, and bond portfolio management are discussed and evaluated from the cross-border perspective. In addition, currency risk management strategies are appraised in the context of international investment.
