• Provides students with basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management
• Helps students apply the knowledge they have learned to solve practical problems in inventory and warehouse management activities effectively.
• Train teamwork skills, calculation skills to analyze inventory models, manage warehouse equipment, coordinate human resources, and calculate warehouse efficiency

6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The module is divided into two main parts: inventory management and warehouse management.
Part 1 provides an understanding of inventory, classification, inventory costs, and related modern technological knowledge. And purchasing planning methods for effective inventory management.
Part 2 provides information about the warehouse role, the warehouse manager (director), and operational processes in the warehouse. Organize the supply of human resources to serve warehouse operations, calculate costs incurred in the warehouse, and conduct analysis of the performance of the entire warehouse.
