Marketing research is very important for effective business decisions since it is seen as a “function that links an organization to its market through the gathering of information” (Hair, 2013, p.5). Marketing research could help organizations to identify and solve their marketing problems to increase its performance and archive wanted results.  This course will provide the students the knowledge of how to conduct a marketing research effectively
