The course Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in Marketing Analytics at the graduate level aims to provide students with a comprehensive view of connecting AI technology and using Big Data to increase values in management, planning and decision making in business marketing . In addition to the knowledge gained from the course, students will be exposed to practical cases, international articles (reviewed papers) with many new trends in applying AI technology and Big Data to help students have in-depth knowledge and understanding of customer behavior and business marketing activities in the digital age.
