The Social Media Analytics course equips students with analytical tools to extract, maximize, and optimize social media data. The course covers tools and techniques such as engagement analysis, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, social network analysis, influencer identification, and the evaluation of social media strategies. It emphasizes hands-on practice, allowing students to apply these methods to real-world scenarios effectively.

The rapid development of social media has provided the general public with a powerful tool for generating knowledge and expressing opinions. At the same time, social networks have created unprecedented opportunities for companies to interact in real time with consumers. Additionally, the scale and richness of social media data have provided companies with a vast reservoir of consumer insights to transform their business and marketing activities.

The course Social Media Analytics enables students to master analytical tools to explore and maximize as well as optimize social media data. The course will introduce tools such as engagement analysis, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, social network analysis, influencer identification, and social media strategy evaluation. It will involve numerous practical exercises.
