The internship report includes the following components: the learning objectives at the business, a description of the internship organization, the tasks performed at the organization, the student's role in each task, the results achieved from each task, and the key contributions made to the organization. The thesis includes: an introduction to the internship unit, the theoretical foundation, the current application of the research topic within the unit, and finally, an analysis with recommendations. Through the internship or business internship semester, students can apply their academic knowledge to work at an organization, compare and contrast what they have learned in school with the real-world business operations of the organization. This helps students develop essential skills for their future careers and demonstrates an understanding of the ethical and social responsibilities related to the operations of the internship unit.
