The course begins with an introduction to digital transformation, explaining the role of technology in promoting sustainable development, optimizing production processes, and managing supply chains. Next, students explore precision agriculture, a modern trend utilizing technologies such as GPS, GIS, and robotics to enhance production efficiency. Big Data and predictive analytics are core topics, equipping students with the ability to collect and analyze data for informed business decision-making. The role of IoT in monitoring and managing farming conditions, along with its practical applications, is thoroughly explored. Blockchain technology is introduced to demonstrate how it can enhance traceability and transparency in agricultural supply chains.
