5. Course Objectives:

The primary objective of the course "Practical Event Management" is to equip students with practical skills and essential knowledge for managing and operating events. The course provides an in-depth understanding of event processes, from planning and resource allocation to risk analysis and control during event execution. Through this, students not only master the process of organizing an event from start to finish but also learn how to evaluate, monitor, and comply with relevant legal regulations. The course places special emphasis on developing soft skills, such as team coordination, effective teamwork, and the use of modern communication tools for events. Students will be trained in marketing communication skills, from utilizing social media to promotional strategies aimed at attracting target audiences. Through this course, students will have the opportunity to engage with real-world scenarios and learn how to handle challenges in the event management industry, from preparation to operations. Notably, the course also emphasizes social responsibility and professional ethics in event management, fostering sustainable thinking and enabling students to work effectively in diverse and complex environments.
