5. Course Objectives:

Develop a solid understanding of how to manage and grow a startup, from defining goals, analyzing the market to building an effective business strategy. Build an innovative and market-relevant business model, as well as create a detailed business plan to drive business growth. Develop key skills such as creativity, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving to support the process of forming and growing a new business. Apply theoretical knowledge to practice through simulation games and group work workshops, helping them practice practical skills and problem-solving.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course aims to provide learners with knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship, covering fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship, the role of entrepreneurship in personal and economic development, and the socio-economic aspects. The entrepreneurial process is explored, including idea generation, feasibility assessment, competitive analysis, business model development, and business planning. The course also addresses the preparation steps for entrepreneurship and financial considerations for startups.
