5. Course Objectives:
The subject of Commercial Banking provides students with in-depth knowledge of the main activities of commercial banks such as: capital mobilization, credit, payment services, electronic banking services, other banking services in the conditions of modern technological revolution of commercial banks. After completing this subject, students can apply the knowledge they have learned to practical work at commercial banks, financial institutions and enterprises. In addition to the knowledge gained, the subject of Commercial Banking also trains students in presentation skills, situation analysis, the ability to respond and make decisions in work situations to help students easily approach the working environment in the field of Banking - Finance.

This subject offers insight theories and practice into the investment banking industry. Students will be equipped with specialized knowledge related to investment banks businesses such as: underwriting, asset management, financial advisory, corporate restructuring services…. Graduated students will be able to develop their careers in large financial institutions, investment banks, funds, asset management companies, securities firms, commercial banks, large corporations, which comprise the world of modern finance, and gain a wide range of employable skills.
