The Data Analysis course equips students with the fundamental knowledge and skills to process, analyze and interpret data in many fields. The course content includes: data collection, cleaning and pre-processing; using analysis tools such as R, Python, SPSS, Excel; summarizing and visualizing data; identifying patterns, trends and outliers using statistical methods; understanding and applying inferential statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, correlation, regression); reporting and presenting analysis results; applying knowledge to real-life projects; complying with data ethics and privacy regulations.
