The course also develops skills to assess the level of digital transformation, build strategies and implement effective digital transformation projects.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Digital transformation involves the use of digital technology to develop the way businesses operate. It includes changes to business infrastructure, processes, and culture, with the goal of helping businesses adapt to the digital economy and new customer requirements. This module equips students with the most basic knowledge of digital transformation; levels and aspects of digital transformation in the enterprise value chain (HR, finance, supply chain, customer relationship management...); the important role of information systems and digital technology, the change of business processes and corporate culture in the context of digital transformation.
