5. Course Objectives:
The Semester in practice provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at law practice organizations, manufacturing and business enterprises, commercial, financial, banking, insurance services, as well as government agencies and political-social organizations. Students will have the chance to engage and work in various departments such as office administration, human resources, legal affairs of companies, or judicial institutions like courts, prosecutors' offices, enforcement agencies, government regulatory bodies, and other organizations. This course aims to develop professional skills and provide in-depth knowledge of legal and management fields in practice.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
“Enterprises” in the framework of this subject are understood as one of the law practice organizations (such as lawyers, notaries, redundants, centers in commercial talent, commercial conciliation centers ...). manufacturing, trading or providing commercial, financial, banking, insurance services (in office, human resources or legal departments), at elected bodies (National Assembly, Council people), judicial agencies (people's courts, people's procuracy, judgment enforcement agencies ...), state management agencies (people's committees, ministries, departments, and professional divisions of People's Committees), socio-political organizations or non-business agencies.
