"Understand investment forms, investment incentive mechanisms, and investment support in investment activities.
Identify conditions applicable to domestic and foreign investors when establishing economic organizations, contributing capital, and purchasing shares in investment activities in Vietnam
Outline a diagram of the order and procedures for approving investment policies as well as the investment registration process for investment projects in Vietnam or investment from Vietnam to foreign countries
Apply learned knowledge to analyze investment incentive mechanisms for investment projects in industrial parks and economic zones"
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Law on Investment is taught based on the existing knowledge of corporate and administrative law. The subject includes investment activities in Vietnam as well as overseas investment activities. The subject also trains students with investment support and investment guarantee.
