Analyze the conditions for doing business in houses, future construction works as well as available houses and construction works according to the provisions of the law on real estate business in Vietnam
Identify the differences in home ownership of foreigners, Vietnamese people residing abroad compared to Vietnamese people in the country as well as the differences in the development of social housing and commercial housing in Vietnam
Advise businesses in the investment process, establish real estate projects, and conduct real estate transactions in a legally safe manner

6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Real Estate Business Law subject provides legal knowledge for the real estate business in Vietnam. Specifically, students have access to basic principles in the real estate business and real estate market of Vietnam. The course studies conditions applicable to the real estate business such as buying and selling houses, construction works and real estate services such as real estate brokerage, real estate valuation, advertising, real estate reporting, real estate management, real estate trading floors, as well as contracts applicable to real estate transactions, home ownership issues of Vietnamese, Vietnamese immigrants, Overseas, foreigners in the Vietnamese and the policies of the Vietnamese state on the real estate market, forms of development of real estate projects of enterprises through the provisions of the Law on Business.
