5. Course Objectives:

The course on Civil Procedure Law aims to provide students with knowledge about the civil litigation process, the jurisdiction of courts, and the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the proceedings. Students will master the procedures for resolving civil cases, including the collection and evaluation of evidence, as well as the regular litigation process and simplified procedures. In addition to knowledge, students will develop skills in drafting legal documents, litigating in court, and providing dispute resolution advice in business, civil, and family law areas. The course also helps students cultivate autonomy, responsibility, and professional attitudes in participating in litigation and practicing law.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Civil Procedure Law studies the provisions on the order and procedures for resolving civil cases of business, commercial cases, employment, civil, family and marriage cases in court according to the general procedural proceedings and the shortcut procedural proceedings. The important contents of the subject include: procedural principles, functions, duties and powers of procedure-conducting agencies, procedure-conducting persons, procedure participants; jurisdiction of courts to resolve civil cases, first and appellate trials, cassation and retrieval procedures.
