6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Law on Arbitration course provides in-depth knowledge of the legislation of dispute resolution by arbitration. When studying this subject, students will be provided with the knowledge of:
- Concepts and forms of commercial arbitration;
- Compare international commercial dispute settlement jurisdiction by arbitration and court; and other dispute resolution methods;
- Arbitration agreement: Concepts and validity;
- Arbitration proceedings;
The reality of dispute resolution by arbitration in some international arbitration centers.
