The "Event and Leisure Services Research Project" course aims to equip students with the ability to conduct a sustainable research project in the restaurant, event and entertainment services sector. Students will be guided to identify a research topic, develop research objectives and results, and present results professionally in both written and oral presentations.
During the course, students will develop research skills such as analyzing, interpreting, and applying different approaches to provide information to support evidence-based decision making. In addition, they will learn how to use digital tools proficiently to access, analyze, and apply data to real-world projects.
