5. Course Objectives:

The course "Customers Behavior in Events and Leisure" aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge and skills in studying and analyzing customer behavior in the event and entertainment sectors. Students will gain an understanding of the psychological, social, and cultural factors that influence customer decisions and behaviors, enabling them to develop appropriate marketing and service strategies. The course helps students enhance their ability to analyze customer behavior data, identify their needs and desires in various contexts, and apply modern market research tools. Additionally, students will be guided on how to optimize customer experience and create lasting engagement through personalization and interaction strategies. The course also encourages students to think critically and creatively when solving real-world issues related to customer behavior, while fostering a sense of self-discipline and responsibility in developing effective, sustainable solutions for the event and entertainment industries.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course is designed to enhance the knowledge  and understanding of the students about the process of decison-making in the hospitality industry, from recognizing needs through researching, evaluating alternatives, making purchase dexisions, and reviewing after buying. The duration of course provides students with fundamental theories and paradigm frameworks while students develop the ability to relate these knowledge to real-world examples, including based on personal experience.
