5. Course Objectives:

The course provides students with a foundation of academic and practical knowledge about managing and working in a multicultural environment. Students will understand the cultural diversity in the world, the learning styles and cultural values ​​​​of different communities. The course helps students draw lessons and practice communicating, working, negotiating, and resolving conflicts skillfully, suitable for each subject from different countries or regions. Students will develop the ability to analyze difficult problems in cross-cultural management, assess the importance of cultural diversity in establishing organizational strategies, and analyze group structures and internal cultural limitations. At the same time, they will learn how to apply knowledge to manage and negotiate with international partners such as the US, Europe, Korea, Japan, China, and Southeast Asian countries, as well as inter-regional cultural management within Vietnam.
