This course provides students with investment knowledge ranging from basic to advanced levels. Students will also accumulate necessary skills throughout the course. These will help learners meet the requirements of various career fields, such as investment analysis, portfolio management at investment funds, securities companies, banks, and other financial institutions.

This course examines the theories and practices associated with financial investment management. The course begins with basic knowledge about the investment environment, types of investment assets, and how securities are traded in the market, as well as the operations of investment funds. Subsequently, students will explore advanced topics including risk-return analysis, asset allocation theories, and methodologies for valuing stocks and bonds. These foundational and advanced concepts are then applied in the practical context of constructing and managing investment portfolios tailored to the objectives and constraints of both individual and institutional investors within the financial market.
