The course provides fundamental knowledge regarding the concepts, characteristics, and basic principles of the State and Law. Building on this foundation, students will conduct an in-depth examination of critical legal institutions associated with technology and cybersecurity, including the establishment and protection of intellectual property rights, technology transfer processes, and the legal framework governing the organization and operation of technology enterprises.
Furthermore, the course addresses pressing contemporary legal issues such as digital data and cybersecurity. Students will be equipped with the competency to identify prohibited acts in cyberspace, fully comprehend regulations on personal data protection, and understand the legal liabilities of relevant entities (including both users and service providers).
