5. Course Objectives:

The course "Law on Technology and Cybersecurity" is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive framework of legal knowledge, ranging from general theoretical foundations to specialized regulations applicable to the digital era. Regarding foundational knowledge, the course enables students to master the fundamental principles of the State and Law, and to thoroughly comprehend the regulatory mechanisms exercised through legal relations and legal liability. Building upon this foundation, students will conduct an in-depth examination of critical legal institutions associated with technology and cybersecurity. These include the establishment and protection of intellectual property rights, technology transfer processes, and the legal framework governing the organization and operation of technology enterprises. Notably, the course places special emphasis on the critical analysis of pressing contemporary legal issues, such as digital data and cybersecurity. Students will be equipped with the competency to identify prohibited acts in cyberspace and to fully comprehend regulations regarding personal data protection, as well as the legal liabilities of relevant entities, including both users and service providers. Upon completion of the course, students will have developed a sound legal mindset, possessing the capability to assess risks and ensure compliance with legal standards within technological and internet environments. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to refine essential skills, such as legal research, teamwork, and legal problem-solving.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course provides fundamental knowledge regarding the concepts, characteristics, and basic principles of the State and Law.
