The course provides knowledge and opportunities to practice the necessary skills for the operations of ensuring safety and security for hotel guests. Students are equipped with procedures for the operation of the security department in identifying possible incidents and how to prevent and handle them. In addition, students understand the role and work of the head of the security department in establishing systems and regulations to ensure the safety of people and property in the hotel.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course equips students with basic knowledge and skills to cope with risks and accidents during working in a hotel. Students understand the security and safety that is applied not only to the property but also the health of both customers and staff. The combination of theoretical lessons and seminars conducted by guest speakers will keep learners informed of situations and challenges facing them in the future.
