The aim of this unit is to enable students to appreciate and apply principles of effective Human Resource Management (HRM). Students will explore the importance of training and development in building and extending the skills base of the organisation and ensuring it is relevant to the ever-changing business environment

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course will present basic knowledge about the role of human resources management in organizing business activities of hospitable enterprises; Studying on organizational strategy and human resource management; Legal basis for human resource management, labor recruitment and placement, job performance evaluation, human resource training and development; Remuneration and service benefits for employees; Organizational efficiency and development; staff training and development; Labor relations and related issues.
