5. Course Objectives:

The Restaurant Management course equips students with basic and in-depth knowledge of scientific theory in restaurant business management, as a foundation for managing the entire operation of a restaurant. At the same time, the course will also provide specific and specialized management skills, helping students deeply grasp the main issues of restaurant business to effectively apply them to future work, how to develop business concepts and organize operations, control costs, and design and inspect restaurant operations.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course equips students with basic knowledge and skills about the restaurant business: from the organizational structure to the operating process of a restaurant; menu construction principles and design; restaurant human resource management; marketing activities in the restaurant business; control the quality of the restaurant's service, ... Through it, students understand the duties of administration and the methods to be applied to maintain the optimal operating condition.
