5. Course Objectives:

The course "Facility Management" provides students with a comprehensive overview of facilities management and develops the skills to apply knowledge, ideas, and techniques to solve operational problems within facilities systems. Students will learn how to design, plan, and implement effective management solutions, while practicing autonomy and optimal evaluation in management activities. The course helps students understand the key components of a facilities system such as water supply, electricity, lighting, and other utility systems, as well as the importance of maintenance and efficient operation. Additionally, students will be guided on how to measure and plan asset management, thereby grasping the concepts of facility design, planning, and renovation. Through this course, students will develop a calm and responsible attitude when addressing facility management issues, while equipping themselves with the capacity to meet professional requirements in the field of facilities management at service facilities.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course provides an overview of facilities management and develops the student's ability to apply relevant knowledge, ideas, and skills to process development and methods of solving operating problems. Students will master the key components involved in vehicle design and administration. Students will gain knowledge related to: the nature of vehicles, their maintenance needs, major vehicle systems, vehicle design and improvement, and facilities. Today's constantly evolving tourism industry requires managers to understand the basic elements of the design, maintenance, and improvement of facilities and vehicles.
