Through this, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the functions and tasks of the housekeeping department, the roles of personnel and management processes to ensure the condition of the rooms and amenities in the rooms to bring satisfaction to customers. In addition, the course also equips students with the necessary skills and standards to communicate with guests and perform their work safely.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course provides the knowledge and skills for room operations at the hotel. Thereby, students understand the functions and duties of the Housekeeping department, the role of personnel and management processes to ensure the hygiene of the room, in order to bring satisfaction to guests. In addition, the course also help students to pratice the communication skills and ensure their work safety.
