Students will understand and apply conflict management and negotiation methods, as well as recognize and practice related scenarios. Based on this foundation, the course helps students gain a better understanding of the role, position, and skills of an effective manager within an organization.

The main contents of the course focus on clarifying the introduction of management science, the role and functions of management and application of laws in management; history of managerial ideas; The concepts, categories, methods, principles of management science. Knowledge of organizational structure, management information, management decisions; labor science organization and managerial staff.
