5. Course Objectives:

Designed to provide students with the knowledge and understanding of human behavior necessary to create an effective organizational environment. The course content consists of three basic groups: individual behavior within organizations, group behavior within organizations, and organizational behavior as a whole. The focus of this course will be on individual differences, attitudes, motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, change, and organizational culture.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Applied Organizational Behavior is an essential industry foundation for those who will be working in an organization. AOB helps learners explain attitudes and behaviors of individuals, groups and organizations and apply that knowledge to activities of human resource management. In other words, AOB helps learners to apply knowledge of psychological and behavioral laws to the regulation of behavior in the organization, thereby improving efficiency in management and promoting child roles people in the organization, make optimal use of human resources and promote human creativity to improve efficiency and productivity of the organization.
