The course "Psychology of Management" provides students with fundamental and core knowledge of human psychology, focusing on the mechanisms through which psychological phenomena operate within management activities. This course helps students recognize essential personality traits and the authority of leaders, as well as understand the psychological characteristics of workers across different generations. It also provides insights into the psychological characteristics of organizations in management activities. The course contributes to helping students develop certain practical management skills, including self-management skills in the roles of both a manager and an employee.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Management psychology is a subject in the group of specialized knowledge blocks, in order to help students to be deeply aware of the requirements for the competency, qualities of managers and the psychological characteristics of employees. At the same time, the course also equips students with skills and methods to solve problems in personal and collective management. With the learned knowledge, students can apply to the recruitment process and use human resources such as convincing employees with psychology, motivating employees ... as well as self-adjusting communication behaviors - behave accordingly in professional activities.
