"The Digital Transformation course is designed to provide students with foundational and practical knowledge about digital transformation in businesses. Students will learn core concepts related to digital transformation, the role of digital technology, and how it is used to reshape infrastructure, processes, and business culture to meet the demands of the digital economy and modern customers. The course focuses on the levels and aspects of digital transformation within the business value chain, including human resources, finance, supply chain, and customer relationship management (CRM). Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the importance of information systems and digital technology in formulating strategies and implementing effective digital transformation roadmaps. Additionally, the course highlights the necessary changes in business processes and corporate culture when undergoing digital transformation. Students will learn to analyze the digital transformation ecosystem in business and identify key management aspects critical to the transformation process. The goal of the course is to develop students’ strategic thinking and their ability to apply digital technologies to real-world business management. Upon completing the course, students will be equipped to participate in and lead digital transformation projects in organizations, contributing to improved operational efficiency and competitive advantage in the digital economy.

The module provides in-depth knowledge and skills on automating the collection, management, processing, and analysis of data in businesses. The module focuses on the use of modern tools and software, along with the application of machine learning and AI to optimize data-related processes. Students will learn how to build effective, safe and legally compliant automated data systems, while also developing teamwork skills through real-life projects.
