Students will develop skills in negotiation, contract drafting, resolving legal situations, teamwork, and confident communication with clients. The course also helps students understand professional responsibilities and comply with legal regulations when engaging in contract transactions."

Contract Drafting and Negotiation Skills is one of the most important skills of law practitioners. Students will be prepared with basic knowledge and skills on: (i) Overview of contract negotiation and drafting; (ii) Basic contract negotiation issues; (iii) The basics in drafting contracts, from which to initially form the knowledge and skills to handle arising situations in the field of training.
