5. Course Objectives:

"This course provides students with basic knowledge of civil law, particularly civil legal relationships, civil transactions, ownership, and inheritance. Specifically, upon completing the course, students will: Master the basic principles and regulations of civil law, including civil legal relationships and the characteristics of the subjects, objects, rights, and obligations involved. Understand the regulations on civil transactions, ownership, and inheritance, as well as the conditions for establishing and protecting ownership and inheritance rights. Develop skills in collecting, systematizing, and applying legal provisions to resolve civil legal situations. Improve the ability to present and resolve legal issues clearly and accurately. Cultivate responsible, autonomous, and impartial work habits when addressing civil issues, with a strong respect for justice and the law."

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The subject provides the general knowledge of private legal relations in social life, especially in the digital economic environment, including (1) general provisions on civil law, concept, scope, methods of regulation, basic principles and sources of civil law (2) civil law subjects are individuals, legal entities, objects of civil legal relations, property, personal relations and other related relationships (3) rights and obligations of the subject in specific civil legal relations such as representation, property, inheritance.
