5. Course Objectives:
The Constitutional Law course provides students with basic and advanced knowledge of the constitutional legal system, particularly the Constitution of Vietnam, as well as the principles, values, and political mechanisms within the national legal system. Upon completion, students will have a solid understanding of the concept and role of the Constitution and citizens' rights. They will be able to analyze and explain legal issues, develop research and critical thinking skills, and compare the constitutions of different countries. Students will also enhance their teamwork, communication, and responsibility in their work, while being capable of proposing legal reforms to improve the Constitution and legal system.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Constitutional Law subject provides basic knowledge about the science of constitutional law, the constitutional legal profession, institutions on political regime, economy, culture, education, science and technology, security and national defense, external policy, basic relations between the state and citizens, fundamental issues in the organization and operation of the state apparatus of Vietnam in the history of the constitution and the current Constitutional Law. creating basement knowledge for students in the next legal sciences research.
