5. Course Objectives:
This course provides students with basic knowledge of law on import-export, including legal regulations on in import-export activities, contracts, payments, and insurance related to import-export, as well as regulations on violations and handling violations in this field. Students will be equipped with skills to search, analyze, and evaluate legal documents, as well as the ability to apply knowledge to real-life situations in the field of import-export. The course also develops teamwork skills, presentation skills, the ability to defend viewpoints, and independent research skills in the professional environment related to import-export.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Students grasp the basic knowledge of import and export law and customs - an important requirement in a bachelor's degree in Business Law, especially in the context of deep international economic integration. After completing this module, students will be equipped with extensive knowledge from theory to practice about: (i) Overview of laws on import, export and customs; (ii) Customs legislation in import and export activities; (iii) Import and export contracts; (iv) Laws on payment and insurance in import and export activities; (v) Violations and handling of violations in the field of import, export and customs, so that they can initially deal with the basic legal problems arising in the field of training.
