5. Course Objectives:

Students will have a clear understanding of the basic concepts, characteristics, and development of International Law, as well as fundamental legal issues related to subjects, sources of law, territory, population, and international dispute resolution procedures. Students will be able to synthesize and analyze materials and cases related to international disputes, while offering viewpoints and solutions regarding issues in International Law. They will also develop skills in teamwork, leadership, persuasion, and staying updated on international legal information. Students will be capable of understanding the social-legal context, complying with legal regulations, and taking responsibility in presenting opinions and participating in the resolution of international disputes.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Students are provided with basic knowledge of International Public Law, such as: (1) The concepts, characteristics, sources and subjects of International Law; (2) National borders and territories; (3) Population, nationality; (4) Foreign Affairs and Consular Law; (5) International dispute resolution.
