5. Course Objectives:

After completing this course, students are able to acquire knowledge and apply the knowledge they have learned in handling legal situations regarding financial services business activities. Knowledge objectives: - Understand the manifestations of banking, insurance, and securities activities and understand the relationship between these activities in the financial market - ​​Analyze the legal nature of transactions revolving around financial activities, identify violations and measures to resolve disputes in the financial sector. Skill objectives: - Apply the knowledge learned to determine the rights and obligations of subjects in financial transactions; - Argue and determine legal responsibility for violations in financial activities; Attitude objectives: have an objective perspective on financial services business activities, be aware of contributing to improving the law, and be responsible for complying with the law when conducting financial transactions

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The subject content includes legal provisions governing the business of banking services, including (1) specific regulations on the establishment, management organization, reorganization, special control, dissolution and bankruptcy of financial service business entities; (2) legal regulations governing banking business.
