The course Big Data Technology provides students with the essential knowledge and skills to process and analyze Big Data. Students will explore fundamental and advanced concepts, characteristics, and challenges in storing, managing, and analyzing large datasets. The course introduces popular tools and methods such as Hadoop, MapReduce, and Apache Spark, enabling students to build real-world Big Data applications. Additionally, students will develop teamwork, programming, and self-research skills to address complex issues in the field of Big Data.

The course introduces an overview of the concept, characteristics as well as challenges of Bigdata (Ability to analyze and predict to extract a greater value from data). Introduce some popular methods and tools for mining and managing Bigdata (Hadoop, MapReduce, and Spark).
