5. Course Objectives:

The "Data Analysis Techniques" course equips students with foundational knowledge and skills for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support data-driven decision-making. Students will be introduced to the research process and data analysis tools such as SPSS and R, along with systematic methods for data collection, cleaning, and organization. The course covers data analysis techniques ranging from basic to advanced levels, including univariate and bivariate analysis, variance analysis, and regression. Additionally, students will learn to write reproducible research code, present data visually, and test and address violated assumptions in regression models. Upon completion, students will be able to apply data analysis techniques to practical scenarios across various domains.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Data Analysis Techniques course systematically provides the necessary techniques when analyzing data, including:

- How to organize and create a data entry template for primary data collected in statistical surveys with many contents and complexity.

- How to clean and prepare data for analysis.

- How to use coding in Data Analysis Techniques.

- How to summarize large numeric data by tables, graphs, and digital features

- A method of analyzing data on one variable or multiple variables in combination.

- Analytical methods and identification of suitable regression models to analyze cause-and-effect relationships.
