5. Course Objectives:
The "Project of Logistics System 1" course enables students to apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills to design and develop an intelligent logistics system. Students will understand and apply fundamental principles of mechanical engineering, electronics, and control in designing logistics systems; analyze requirements, propose design solutions, and select appropriate components; perform modeling, simulation, and fabrication of logistics systems using modern engineering tools and software; and evaluate system performance to refine designs that meet practical demands.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This project requires students of Logistics Engineering Technology to carry out a project that includes a series of contents in the design of a mechanical transmission system for a Logistics system to ensure linkage with design principles. mechatronics design, instrumentation and interfaces, sensors, actuators and the integration of control systems. In addition students have to model integrated electromechanical, advanced concepts, future trends, and modern developments in Logistics are also presented in the project.
