5. Course Objectives:

The course ""Tourist Psychology"" provides an in-depth knowledge base on the psychological and behavioral aspects of tourists in tourism activities. Students will be equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the thinking, perception and attitude mechanisms of tourists, along with the ability to analyze the relationship between consumer behavior and personal identity formation. The course focuses on developing in-depth analytical skills on the motivations and emotions that influence tourist behavior, helping students understand the process of making purchasing decisions and building customer loyalty. Students will be trained in the ability to evaluate the role of digital technology in modern tourism behavior and the relationship between tourism experiences and tourist satisfaction. In addition, the course also aims to form a professional and positive attitude in serving tourists, while developing a sense of self-study and continuous improvement of professional capacity. These values ​​will help students become tourism managers who understand customer psychology and have the ability to communicate civilly in a multicultural environment.

This course provides students with aspects of visitor psychology to understand their behavior. This unit aims to equip students with the ability to identify and classify tourist psychology, one of the key aspects to decision making of administration activities.
