The objectives of the course are to focus on the following key points: a. Understanding of basic concepts in marketing and the role of marketing in the travel industry. b. Mastering traditional and modern marketing strategies, including online and offline marketing. c. Analyzing factors influencing tourists' purchasing decisions. d. Skills in developing marketing plans for tourism products. e. Effective communication and presentation skills to present marketing ideas. f. Skills in using information technology in implementing marketing campaigns. g. Developing a sense of responsibility and professional ethics in marketing activities. h. Encouraging creativity and flexibility in solving problems related to travel marketing.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course provides the necessary knowledge and skills for students in specialized marketing. Thereby, students comprehensively understand how to organize operations, specialize work, allocate resources including people and materials, and apply marketing activities to their majors. The course also equips the knowledge about the ability to analyze customer behavior and competitors, and research the market to reinforce the first steps in planning a complete marketing. Knowledge of advertising, promotion, and communication will be carefully grasped through activities and exercises in the course.
