5. Course Objectives:

" Thinking: Students are able to identify these issues arising in the implementation of business strategies; analyze and evaluate specific situations to determine the nature of the business activities of the enterprise. Able to evaluate and select appropriate business models and management solutions to solve complex situations arising in the actual implementation of strategies.  Knowledge: Understanding the principles, processes and methods of strategy implementation. Understanding and mastering the knowledge of managing a business in a globally competitive environment. Having basic knowledge of basic tools in strategy implementation (BSC, KPIs, SM ...). Is an integrated combination of specialized management knowledge such as: Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Production Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Project Management, ....  Skills: Understanding and initially applying the skills of a strategic manager, competitive analysis skills, decision-making skills strategy, management skills and implementation of competitive strategies. Thereby, they can participate in managing organizations and businesses to achieve the expected results. Through the course, students are able to participate and adapt quickly to the collective working environment, consolidate and develop their specific professional skills.  Attitude: Students are trained in a group working environment, have the right attitude towards the organization, towards those around them and towards themselves. Positive, cooperative and responsible attitude at work; comply with the regulations and principles of collective and group activities. Always be creative and highly proactive in work and life.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Building a perfect strategy is only the initial prerequisite for maintaining and developing an enterprise's competitive advantage, how to make that strategy be implemented in the best way and make timely adjustments. Business on the right track and making a difference with the competition is an important issue and is a question for administrators.

The Strategy Implementation module provides learners with knowledge and skills on the process of implementing Competition Strategy and Development into the reality of business operations. Through this module, learners will grasp the process and basic principles in implementing the strategy into practice; Understand and apply strategy implementation tools such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Strategy Maps (SM), How to build specific performance indicators (KPIs ; OKRs) ... Learners can practice analytical techniques through actual case study of Vietnam and the world. The course also provides learners with competitive management thinking in an integrated economy, long-term sustainable development thinking and the ability to analyze and evaluate business situation to propose models. Business (Business Model - BM) is suitable for businesses.
