From there, it aids students in increasing self-reliance and responsibility towards managing labor relations activities within an organization.

Subject Labor Relations is a subject that provides students with the following knowledge: Overview of LR in organizations; Subjects in labor relations; Labor relations mechanism; Organizing dialogue and negotiation in the LR; Labor conflicts and disputes.
