- Correctly perceive the important role of Change Management in organizations operating in a competitive and rapidly changing business environment. - Present and apply basic knowledge of change management operations: principles of Change Management, functions and tasks of Change Management entities, planning for change in a given organization, designing change control processes, analyzing common barriers in Change Management, etc. - Develop teamwork skills, presentation skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills, etc., improve self-study and research skills.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The content of this module provides and equips students with the basic knowledge of change and development in organizations. The main contents of the module include an overview of change and development, steps to implement change, change management to proactively develop, re-establish - change path to develop businesses, create constant change for growth. The content in chapter 1 will focus on overview of change and development, distinguishing development perspectives. The content in Chapter 2 will introduce the steps to change the business. The content in chapter 3 will focus on identifying the factors affecting change and planning for change. Chapter 4 will introduce the characteristics and skills of re-entering a business. The content of Chapter 5 will clarify the basic characteristics of leaders who are constantly changing.
